Large comfortable beds, good breakfast, and friendly staff. Interesting decor and hidden location add to the experience. AC issues were promptly resolved, and the female manager was particularly helpful.

Multiple tram lines make this hotel easily accessible to all tourist attractions. The hotel facilities were new and clean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was adequate for a short stay.

For us, it was ideal.

The rooms were modern looking and functional, with a double bed. The restaurant was good and my meal was fabulous. It was a fine stay, the best I had before.

The bathroom was uncomfortable.

The friendly and helpful staff made our visit even more enjoyable.

The lack of soundproofing in the rooms can be an issue, with noise from adjacent rooms being a disturbance.

I absolutely loved staying here! The location was perfect for me as I could easily walk to all of the main tourist attractions and there were so many interesting, unique restaurants and bars nearby. The room was spacious with lovely decor, clean and welcoming. I was glad to see that the hotel was providing free toiletries and had tea and coffee facilities, which is always a nice touch. Additionally, the staff were incredibly helpful and happy to assist with any requests I had. I was so impressed with the service, housekeeping and room service were both top-notch, and the welcome drink was such a lovely touch. This place really exceeded my expectations!

I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area because of its amazing location and top-quality service.

The bed was comfortable and spacious, guaranteeing a good night's sleep. The Nespresso machine and pods provided a nice touch, and the shower was amazing. The hotel's check-in process was efficient, and the staff were really good too provide dinner recommendations. The quirkiness of the decor added character to the overall experience. the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to shops, museums, and dining options.

The rooms were too small and dark, difficult to move around and find things. the low level lighting was more suitable for a romantic setting rather than practicality.

We loved the location of the hotel, within walking distance of museums and attractions. The room wassuper clean and cozy with great amenities. we would recommend this hotel.
